Sensuality Training for Couples

This special training programme is designed for couples looking for new ideas and inspiration who want to do this together but not in a group situation. A professional setting and personalised programme enables the couple to learn the foundations of respectful sensual touch.

It is based on (among other ideas) the sensuality training from Masters & Johnson, which has been taken up and further developed in many approaches within the fields of sexual and partner therapy.

The basic version of this programme consists of four training sessions and one preliminary conversation (plus 'homework'). It offers the couple a practical chance to familiarise themselves with various physical exercises and sensual massage techniques under professional guidance and in a safe space.

Each of the training sessions is in turn made up of three phases:

  • A preliminary conversation serves to go through the practical part of the session and explain the theory behind it.

  • The practical part consists of individual exercises (including pelvic floor exercises, relaxation techniques and self-awareness training) and partner exercises, in which each partner is instructed how to touch the other partner in different ways. This enables both partners to really experience and try out special qualities of touch.

  • The third phase is the closing conversation when any questions can be asked which may arise in connection with the exercises. And the homework is explained.

  • We recommend a rhythm of two weeks between each of the four training sessions. This allows enough time for the suggested homework exercises to be carried out. Shorter intervals are therefore not suitable. After the initial preliminary conversation it is possible to design a personalised training plan.

In its basic version the couple training costs 720.- Euro (120.- Euro for 1 preliminary conversation 1.5 hrs, plus 150.- Euro each for 4 training sessions of 1.5 hrs). This includes an appropriate amount of e-mail advice from the trainer between the sessions should further questions arise.
